Representative Thompson moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                  
the House consider the Senate message (page 2152) on the following:                                                             
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 301(L&C)                                                                                             
     "An Act relating to certificates of fitness for plumbers and
